Terms of Use

By using JantriX, you agree to the following terms and conditions. JantriX is developed and managed by Gowebs. Gowebs does not operate or promote gambling. We only provide software tools.

1) Purpose of the App

JantriX is a number calculation and sheet management software. It allows companies and agents to digitally record and calculate entries like:

• Single Digit, Jodi (two-digit), Single Patti, Double Patti, Triple Patti
• Half Sangam, Full Sangam
• Bulk entry (Laddi: 0–9 series with amounts)
• Master controls: Cutting, Less, Dabba, Round adjustments

These features are for record-keeping and number calculation only. Any compliance with local gambling laws is the user’s sole responsibility.

2) Accounts & Access

Within JantriX:

• Clients: Can be added with Name, WhatsApp number, and Password.
• Agents: Added by Companies to manage sheets, numbers, and WhatsApp setup.
• Admin (Company): Can add/edit/delete Agents, manage markets, accounts, and assign WhatsApp BOT instances.

3) WhatsApp Setup

JantriX supports integration with WhatsApp BOTs for automated intake. Setup and purchase of BOT instances is managed via the Company panel. Gowebs only provides the integration option and does not control the content exchanged via WhatsApp.

4) Reports & Accounts

The software provides reports, accounts summaries, and exports. These are for operational tracking of companies and agents. Accuracy depends on the data entered by the user.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree to use JantriX lawfully. Compliance with gambling laws in your region is your responsibility. Gowebs neither operates nor promotes gambling — we only develop and license the software.

6) Accounts & Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

7) Age Restriction

JantriX is provided only to 18+ clients. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the panel.

8) Limitation of Liability

JantriX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gowebs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Clients are fully responsible for how they use the software.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, unlawful activity, or non-payment. Clients may request termination at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

10) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use as JantriX evolves. Continued use of the software means you accept the updated terms.
