• Agents: Added by companies with name, phone number, login credentials.
• Operational Logs: Basic system activity (login time, changes, reports).
• Cookies: Used only to keep users signed in and remember preferences (e.g., dark/light theme).

2) How We Use Information

• To provide a functional web panel for Companies and Agents.
• To securely authenticate logins and prevent unauthorized access.
• To maintain audit logs for reliability and support.
• To improve panel performance and prevent abuse.

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell or share Company/Agent data with third parties. Information is accessible only inside each company’s own panel, or if required by law. All data management is handled by Gowebs.

4) Data Security

All data (Company & Agent records, login info, logs) is stored on secure servers. Gowebs applies encryption, access controls and monitoring to keep your data safe.

5) Children’s Privacy

JantriX is a business web panel, provided only to 18+ clients. We do not knowingly collect or allow accounts for minors.

6) Data Retention

Company and Agent data is retained as long as the account is active. If a company terminates service, data may be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where law requires retention.

7) Client Responsibilities

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the information they add about Agents. JantriX only provides the web panel; how clients use the software is their responsibility. Gowebs is not liable for misuse by clients.

8) Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our panel evolves. The “Last updated” date will always reflect the latest version. Significant changes may be communicated via in-panel notifications.
